Problem
Small hotels and guesthouses in India cannot afford expensive hotel management software. They manage bookings in notebooks, bills manually, and have no visibility into their business performance.
Solution
HotelOS runs entirely inside Google Sheets with a Google Apps Script backend — so there is zero server cost, zero technical setup for the client, and zero monthly fees beyond the one-time license. It covers bookings, billing, RBAC, GST, and reports.

Auto-calculated invoices with correct slab rates and GSTIN on all documents.

Four role levels — Owner, Manager, Receptionist, Accounts — each with distinct permissions.
